Kathy specializes in all aspects of Real Estate, however, Residential and Farm & Ranch are her particular expertise. She has been involved in many developments & real estate projects, but her most current endeavor is Sendera Crossing, a rural community located in the La Vernia ISD. Kathy started her Real Estate career in 1985, and opened her own office in 1987. She became a Real Estate Broker in 1991.
Being a Wilson County native, Kathy stays very involved with local activities. She has served the La Vernia community as past City Council member, Chamber of Commerce, and various other Community functions. She is married to Edmund Kosub Jr., of Kosub Homes, Inc. Together they have 6 children, and 8 grandchildren.
